MSOutlook functions very slowly

MS-outlook functios very slowly sometimes. We have a Citrix terminal
server environment with XP on clients and Win 2003 on servers.
Any tip?
I read somewhere about a file called outcmd.dat that can increase in
size. Does this file exist in term.serv. environment too? I don't find
it.

I appreciate any help.
