SQL 7.0 and below is worse than Oracle. But MS win the war
at final by SQL 2000 in TPC-C benchmark and cause the
quoted price of Oracle to get down on the ground.

VB 4.0 and below is worse than Delphi or even Java. But MS
win the war at final by DotNet FrameWork and cause the
quoted price of SUN to get down on the ground.

I believe in MS-Project 200X(not 2002) will win the war at
final in NASA's Ranking.
