MUI's for OfficeXP and Office2003 incompatible?

Hi all

We try to deploy MUI's for our new Outlook 2003 clients. Installation is
successful, but the OfficeXP MUI seem to have gone. All OfficeXP UI's are
reverted to English and I can't switch them back to whatever they were
before. Outlook is fine and I can switch languages there.

Any suggestions?
