how can I check several radiobuttons in on word document?

Radio buttons are by definition used for mutually exclusive choices - i.e.
you can only have one checked at any one time.

(The name 'radio button' goes back to an analogy with the type of mechanical
buttons used to change bands on a radio - push any one in, and the one
already in pops up.)

Hi Margaret,
thanks for your reply. I understood, that you can create different groups of
radiobuttons in a document, so that only within a specific group of
radiobuttons, the other one pops out, but not anywhere in the document.
Otherwise in a survey, you could only have one question to be answered by
choosing a radio button, all other would have to you checkboxes?!?

If the question is 'how do you put radio buttons in different groups',
'GroupName' one of the properties of the control. If you select it in the
property list and press F1, you'll get some more information from the Help.
