Multilingual link bar

I am using FrontPage 2003 in French. Sorry if I do not translate to the right
words in English. My question is : is it possible to automatically display
the texts "Previous", "Next", "Home", "Up" of the Frontpage linkbar according
to the language of the current user or the language of his IE browser
(Request.ServerVariables("HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE")) ?
