I'd appreciate some advice: my Entourage calendar was syncing just fine with my iPhone and iCal until recently.
Now, it's working in just one direction: changes made in Entourage find their way onto the iPhone and into iCal, but changes made on the iPhone simply don't appear in Entourage -- though they find their way into iCal!
I have four accounts set up in Entourage, two of which are on Exchange servers. But there's something odd that seems to have appeared recently, and I'm wondering if that's the root of the sync problem.
In calendar view, one of those Exchange accounts now appears twice (with different names). The data in each calendar is identical - although they seem to have different permissions ('private' events don't appear on one calendar view).
Likewise, when you go into iCal, you can see that there are two Entourage calendars. In fact, the calendar entries made on the iPhone appear in one of these Entourage accounts -- they simply don't sync into the Entourage calendar.
Any idea why I would have these multiple calendars? Or what I can do to merge the calendars from multiple accounts into a single calendar?
I've been troubleshooting this for a couple of weeks and haven't made any progress!
