Multiple Accounts in Entourage

I have 3 companies that I have work email accounts for. i would like to have them separated in my mail box. Now, my one company has a completely separate tab on the left hand screen. i would like for all of my accounts to have separate tabs and inboxes, that way when I sign in and send email I don't have to select the account to send it from, that was done already when I got to the inbox. any suggestions.

You have two options.

You can create a Rule (Tools > Rules) that moves all received messages from
a specific account into a folder you create and specify.

You can create a Saved Search (File > New > Saved Search) that only show
mail from a specified account.

The best option is to change your accounts from POP to IMAP.

POP emails all go to one Inbox. You can set a Rule to make them go to their
own Inbox eg Inbox Account 1, Inbox Account 2, Inbox Account 3, BUT you
cannot set the reply email by folder. You can have only one default account.

If you are in the IMAP folder it will automatically send from that account.

In addition, all of your emails will be saved on the server for easy access
from multiple computers. You can "move" emails off the server to folders "On
My Computer" to save in Entourage if your server starts to get full.
