multiple address books in outlook 2000

I use Outlook 2000 SR-1 (9.0.0.3821) Internet Mail Only. Is it possible to have two separate address books? I have set up a sub folder within my contacts. Is this the only option I have? I am trying to set up an address book for my boss and will need to export it to him. I would like it completely separate if possible.
