Multiple calendar events and view

We need to be able to see as many as 12 events in the monthly calendar view for one day without seeing "more" The window does not expand like it will with a Word or Excell template. Is there a way?

Unfortunately not unless you have the screen real estate and then I'm
not so sure what size screen you'd need. The text doesn't
increase/decrease as you adjust the size of the window.

If you show the mini calendar in the lower left corner of the main
window then you can click and drag across a range of dates to minimize
the rows of weeks you're viewing.

Being able to customize the calendar views as you're wanting to do is a
highly requested feature. Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd
like to see this feature in future versions by using the Help --> Send
Feedback mechanism in any Office application.
