Multiple Calendars Desired

My wife and I both work and are each in school. We would like to create separate his and hers calendars.

We each have separate POP accounts.

If not able to create separate calendars, could we create a master calendar with a "His Events" category and a "Her Events" category, then print out two separate calendars?

Well the idea would be that you both use different MacOS X user
accounts.
If not, you shoudl at least use different identities in Entourage
itself.
If not able to create separate calendars, could we create a master
calendar with a "His Events" category and a "Her Events" category, then
print out two separate calendars?

You could use different categories for your events. It should work, but
I find it less than optimal. I much preffer separate MacOS X user
accounts. You can even use Fast User Switching to make switching
convenient,
