I have started using Outlook 97 to keep the diary for my local village hall.
This works fine and I can now Email all the regular users with lists of all
their bookings etc.
I was wondering if I can keep this data in a separate calendar so I can have
one for my own diary and one for the hall. I have discovered that I can
create an empty calendar using File->Folder->Copy Calendar
Is this the way to go? Can I open this new calendar using VBA from Word97?
