Multiple Criteria and Adding them together

I am trying to find out a command that will allow me to have tw
criterias and add them all together...

For Example:

Date Plan

08.04.2004 Post Pay
08.04.2004 Chat Pak
08.04.2004 Clear Pay

Post Pay Clear Pay Chat Pak
1 1 1

But if I sold 2 "Post Pay" then it would show 2.

This also is going to be for a full month.. And I am not wantin
people to have to change any information to make it work.. Coul
someone please HELP ME!!!!
