multiple criteria search to return data

How does one search 2 or more columns of data for items that match a
inquiry criteria and then return data from a 3rd column. Fo
instance:

A B C
1 black dog Jack
2 red dog Sam
3 yellow cat Morris
4 black cat Midnight

I want to inquire against column A and B for one that matches th
inquiry data "black" and "cat" and then return the 3rd column Midnight
