Multiple e-mail domains

I have a MS Exchange 2000 server with two e-mails
domains, I know that in Exchange you have to designate
one e-mail address(domain)as default for replying. My
question is: Is it possible to change the default domain
so you can reply through the domain of your choice
through Outlook?

Yes, it's done in ADUC on the Exchange server. Or you might want to see
www.ivasoft.biz for an add-in that will let you pick the from address on the
fly.
