multiple email accounts

I need to help out a client of ours who is using Entourage X. She
wants the same functionality that I have as a user of Mozilla
Thunderbird: namely, the ability to run multiple email accounts from
one profile, and reply to messages with the appropriate reply-to for
each one.

This strikes me as a basic feature, but can someone confirm that it is
possible in Entourage?

Oh yes, it is. Entourage (and before Entourage, Outlook Express) can deal
multiple accounts. Simply create as many accounts as you need. Unless you
force Entourage to "reply using the default account" (a prefs setting) it'll
always reply with the account the mail was sent to...
