multiple email accounts

I have set up three email accounts in Entourage (2 personal, one work
related). One personal one shows up in the folders list with the MSn
butterfly (my hotmail account). The other two accounts both show up
in the My Computer section of the folders list - both email accounts
show up in my inbox.

I would like to be able to look at each account separately. Is this
possible?

There are two ways you can do this. One way is to enable the "Allow Online
Access" option for your two POP accounts. Do this by going to Tools ->
Accounts, opening the account, clicking the options tab, and checking the
option to "Allow Online Access". Repeat for both accounts.

However, my experience with Online Access in Entourage 2001 was that it is
somewhat unreliable in the long run. I don't know if it has improved with
Entourage X. Personally, I'd recommend creating folders in the "On My
Computer" hierarchy (probably subfolders of the Inbox) that your mail will
be delivered to. See Option #2 on the answer to this Entourage FAQ for a

It has not. The exact same indexing error is still present in entourage
X.
