This may sound basic but please help. How do I configure Entourage if I
have more than one email address? How do I change from using OS10.4.6
Mail to Entourage as my default mail application? Should I configure it
as a POP or IMAP account?

Set up different accounts under Tools>Accounts. If you need any help,
Entourage's built-in help feature can be quite useful; alternatively, post
back and give us more details about the account you'd like to set up.

Strangely enough, that has to be done in Mail itself. Open Mail, go to
Mail>Preferences, and under the General tab, you'll find the option to
define your default email client.
