Multiple Email Identities

Help!

I use an imap server that collects all my mail from about 10 accounts and filters, sorts and more using procmail filters. I actually like how this works as it keeps everything in a mbox format.

With Thunderbird I am able to keep multiple outbound servers and multiple email addresses to use that I can select from on outbound message. I am not seeing this option with entourage, without completely logging out and changing identities.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks,
-Chris

Let me make sure I understand: you have ONE IMAP account that is actually a
collection of 10 accounts? You're doing server-side what Entourage is
designed to do locally, but that's not a big deal.

You will still need to create an "Account" for each email address you want
to send from. You can leave the Receiving info blank, and uncheck the box to
include the account in your Send & Receive All schedule. But you'll need to
complete the Outgoing (SMTP) account information.

You will now be able to select which account to use when sending an email.
