Multiple emails received

I sent an email using Outllook Xp to 60 people (indiviual address in the to: field). Now everyone has been recieved the email 16 (at the moment!) times. The email is html with small attachment. The Out box cleared rather quickly. Ive seen some previous posts...but is there an answer?..im waiting to hear from my isp/server
