multiple log ins - any version of outlook

I have around 10 email account that i share with other
people in my company.

We are continually getting 'enter network password'
popping up on our screen. Probably because my system is
trying to log in when someone else is already.

The notice itself is infuriating because it also takes
control of the keyboard - imagine typing away to your
hearts content then looking at the screen and that notice
is there. None of the text you have written.

Ugh.

I dont care if it doesnt download the message straight
away - i just want it to work in the background and stop
interupting my work!

Any ideas?
