If you have more than 1 mailbox in outlook, how can you
ensure that the e-mail goes to the correct "sent: items "
folder and is not all just bundled together under one sent
items foler.

Hi,
You don't need to buy any software, you only need to go to the Sent Items of
the original mailbox, and click on organize on the toolbar and then create
the rule (From: "Name of the sender" and the choose other folder then
select the Sent Items folder of the name specified in the From field).

Good luck

As far as I know, using a rule, you cannot _move_ a message, but you can
copy it.
Am I right?
