multiple messages

I am having a problem configuring entourage for multiple users. It
appears that no matter what address e-mails are addressed to they will
only appear in the in box of the identity that is open at the time when
the send and recive button is used. I would also like the person who
is using the computer at the time to be able to choose who the e-mail
is from and not generically from my account. Is this possible?

If you define separate accounts in Entourage, a drop down selector for the
From address appears when you open a new draft message window.

To separate the incoming email, use mail rules to move mail from each
account into different folders.

Thanks. Yes, I have set up 2 accounts and now I can choose from which
account to send from. However, I now I get a duplicate of the message.
I only want one copy of the message. How does one sort this ot? Benz

Simply remove the subsidiary account from the 'send and receive all'
schedule.
