Multiple outgoing servers when checking mail

Every time I try to check my mail, I get a prompt to pick from
multiple outgoing servers, most are old outdated choices that I just
can't seem to get rid of. How do I delete the bad ones and set a
default? I'm using OS X and Entourage.

Open the 'accounts' window from the command in the tools menu. Accounts can
be deleted and the default set here.
