Entourage menu/Switch Identity.../New

You'll be told you have to quit all Office applications before you can
switch identities. That means not only Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MSN
Messenger, but also Office Notifications if it's open (displaying
reminders). That's because most of the Office apps access the Entourage
address book for various functions relating to contacts.

A new identity has no access to your regular identity's address book,
calendar, tasks, notes, projects, etc. It's not just a matter of email
accounts. For most purposes, it's usually a better idea simply to set up
separate mail folders for different POP accounts, and mail rules under
Tools/Rules which file messages to the appropriate folder depending on the
account. Most people do not need separate identities unless you really want
to segregate completely your whole Entourage existence into separate
"lives", perhaps for separate businesses, or business vs. personal. But
don't forget that not even reminders will display from your "other life" -
no calendar available, etc. And you have to shut all that off every time you
switch. Consider mail rules instead...
