Multiple Recipients to Delete folder

Hi All,
I'm having a serious problem with my entourage. When emails with as
little as 3 or 4 recipients are received, they immediately go to the
Delete Folder. I've even tried adding some of those addresses to the
safe list, but the emails still go to the deleted folder. Please
help! Thanks.
