Multiple Reminders

Hey there.

I've had my Mac for just about a month now - and just getting into the thick
of it after being a PC user for 20+ years.

So - here's what I can't figure out today.

I'd like to be able to send myself 2 or 3 reminders of the same event. For
example - a reminder that a birthday I need to be aware of is 4 days away -
then another reminder 2 days later - that that same birthday is now only 2
days away ('cause I'm good at forgetting things & getting distracted) :).

Is this possible in Entourage?

I am using Entourage 2004 with the latest Mac operating system.

Here's the best way:

When the reminder first pops up, click the "Open" button to open the event
window. Change the Reminder time to two days later, save and close. The
Reminder will disappear, and will reappear - with sound - two days later.

If you don't trust yourself to do that, then when making the event the first
time, make a duplicate of it but with the later reminder time. (Use
"Duplicate Calendar Events X" script, and open it up to change Reminder
time.) But that will litter your calendar with visible duplicates, so it's
not so good.
