Multiple sites - Multiple free/busy servers...how to handle?

I have an Exchange Org with multiple sites and servers. I can see free/busy
just fine for my local servers, but I cannot see free/busy for people at a
different site (but within the same Exchange Org).

How would I handle this setup?
