Is it possible to SORT by Title in Address Book?

I know that you can click on the Title (i.e. "Category")
and it will sort by Categories. But is it possible to
choose MORE than one Title (i.e. Sort FIRST by "Category"
then sort by Name)?

I'm new to Entourage and my boss is expecting me to jump
through this hoop! Help!

You're asking for sub-sorting, which Entourage does not allow. Sorry.
