Multiple Subfolders

Lyle

Our company ecently switched over to a server based email system. When I
receive an email from someone that I have created a rule for, I get a
notification, but it doesn't tell me where it is in my subfolders. Before
the changeover when I received an email, the folder list would expand to the
subfolder that it was in and indicate it in bold lettering. I would like to
know how I can get this to happen again as I have many subfolders and I
don't like wasting time opening them until I find the incoming message.
Thank You.

Client Rules (I created them on my desktop)
Outlook 2002 (10.3513.3501)
Thank you for responding. My IT is also interested as there are other people
in our office that have the same problem.

Are they server or client rules? Which version of outlook?

I have also noticed that in Outlook Express/Options/General there is a check
box for "Automatically display folders with unread messages" This looks to
be the type of option I am looking for in Microsoft Outlook.
