Multiple user environment

I know that switch identities allows one to have different accounts on the
same computer. What I don't know for sure or understand is if the Identities
option can be useful in an anonymous user setting. For example in a computer
lab where any one of hundreds of students may be next in line to use
Entourage. The ideal would be that after logging off, the next user would be
asked to supply name and password to get to his account. Is this practical
in Entourage?

You're better of having multiple MacOS X accounts (each with one
Entourage identity) actually :-\

Multiple Users for hundreds of students doesn't sound very practical. I
think the best option would be for the students to use a web browser to
access their email via the web interface.
