Hello:

At our household, I'd like to configure Entourage such that each Mac OS X user can have access to a shared family e-mail account in addition their own personal e-mail account.

The shared account would have a set of folders for filing e-mails (like .pst files in MS Outlook) that all Mac users can get access to.

Not yet an Entourage expert, I can't seem to find out if and how these kinds of accounts can be placed on a shared drive.

Advice welcome.

The easiest thing to do would be to get a family account that you can access
through the IMAP protocol. Then, set it up as an IMAP account in each
Entourage user's identity. The IMAP protocol keeps all mail stored on the
server; since it is not downloaded to the computer, it should remain
accessible to the other users.
