Multiuser Error

I am need of desperate help. I get an error saying "The
Microsoft Jet Database engine stopped the process because
you and another user are attempting to change the same
data at the same time." but there is no one else in the
database.

Plus, when I get this error, it did something to my memo
field. It replaced all my notes and all it says
is "#Error". Is there a way to restore that note. Is it
possible. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm desperate. I posted to a different newsgroup and
pointed me to MS Knowledge Base article that relates to
this problem but the solution only relates to MS 97. Is
there a way to fix this on Access 2003?

Thank you

Start to search within the database. For example:
-> Are all relationships correct?
-> How is the RecordSource defined?
-> Are your notes within the RecordSoruce?
-> Try to open the database Exlusively.
Take good look at the database design.
