Music?

Is there any way to have music start to play when an email comes in.
Frequently I am outside or in my shop, and I don't hear the sound that
announces a new email, and have to go check for the little icon to see
if there is mail. If music would start to play, I would know if mail
had come in while I was away from the computer. Thanks

Open Control Panel and find the "Sounds" applet. Click "Change the Sound
Scheme" and locate the "New Mail Notification" sound. Change it to point at
whatever WAV file contains the music you want to play. Click "OK".
(This is for Windows XP. You didn't say what version you're running, but
you can change it in a similar fashion on other versions of Windows.)
