Mutiple line display in cells that contain formulae

Hai

Cell A1 contain a value "ashok" and Cell A2 contain a
value of "kumar". The value that i require in cell A3
as "ashok <next line> kumar". I constructed the formulae
in Celle A3 as =A1 & "Alt+Enter" & A2. But the result
is "ashokkumar". Can anybody tell me that how can in
achieve "ashok" "Kumar" is two diffierent lines in the
same cell.

AND format this cell with word wrap ('Format - Cells -
alignment)
