My Business Contact Manager is BUSTED!!! HELP

Hello All,

I have a problem. My Business Contacts wont open in the custom forms anymore...

The Custom Form could not be open. Outlook will use and outlook form as well.The form requireed to view this message cannot be displayed... Contact your admin.

HELPPP....
and I have alot of history saved already to most of my contacts??
Could anyone help

Try clearing the forms cache or locating and renaming Frmcache.dat

How do you clear the forms cache

Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms | Manage Forms | Clear Cache.
and what do u rename Frmcache.dat to
