My Command, Combo, List Box controls have quit working in form des

When I try to create a button by clicking on the Button in Controls (in
design view) and go to my form, it opens a button but it does not give me any
choices on what action I would like it to do. (The same for the other
controls Combo box, List box ect.) I have just lost this ability recently so
it leads me to believe I have turned something off some where. Any
suggestions on how to turn this feature back on?

The tool box turns those on. There is an icon to turn those on. If you can't
find it, ask HELP for toolbox.

Apparently you've accidentally clicked on the Wizards Icon, turning it off.
Try clicking on it again. It looks like a Wizard's wand with fairy dust
falling from it.
