My Day and Task Reminders

Hello,
I've had Tasks set reminder for me and pop up in my dock, which is very
helpful. However, recently, "My Day" has been popping up, as well as the
Task reminder. I don't need nor like the My Day application popping up with
the tasks, what can I do to stop this from occurring? Thanks.

Quit My Day and be sure to remove it from your login items in System
Preferences.

Thanks for the quick response. I checked my Login Items and it is not there.
I remember removing it a while ago. My Day would never show up and now it
does out of the blue.
