My display name on emails sent

I have a new Macbook. First time away from Windows. The Macbook came with Mac 2004 Ofc Test Drive. I recently upgraded to Ofc 2008 for Mac. I just noticed that my name displays as Office 2004 Test Drive User. I want to get rid of this tag.

Have searched high and low to fix this, cannot find the solution.

When you installed Office 2008 one of the options was to delete the Test
Drive. Do you remember if you checked that option? Simply deleting will not
get rid of it. You might have to remove both the Test Drive and Office 2008
to get properly installed. Start first with removing the Test Drive.
