My Entourage Crashed!!!

I use Entourage every day and had it all set up to receive email from
my .Mac account as well as my Hotmail account. I used the address book
feature extensivly. Today, I opened it up and it thinks I've never
used it before. I have a welcome message in my inbox and I'm being
prompted to set it up all over again. AHHHHH! Can someone please
help me. Do I have a virus?

Hi,

The same thing happened to me this evening. I have everyrthing stored
in Entourage and when I started the program this evening everything
(thousands of emails, address) was gone! I called mac tech support and
they couldn't tell me anything.

Does anybody know how to retrieve these files? They are not in the
library or entourage program files.

Backup your Main Identity in Documents->Microsoft User Data>Office 2004
Identities
Try repairing it. Press Option when you open entourage.

Go to Entourage > Switch Identity, and re-select your identity from the
list. If that doesn't work, try searching your hard drive for your
identity. Also, make sure you haven't moved the "Microsoft User Data"
folder from its proper location in the active user's "Documents" folder.
