my entourage keeps crashing, bad email?

Hello, I didn't see my problem in some of the other forums. I have entourage 2004 and I just got 2 identical emails looking like they came from a prmo from Mac about a laptop promo. Basically neither will open, I can open all others, even new ones, but when I try to delete, it just runs and runs and freezes everything so I must restart. I've also noticed that in the last month it has crashed a few times. I use my email a lot for business and I'm hoping this is not a big issue.

I'd recommend turning off the preview pane (on the View menu). Then select
the offending messages and delete them. This usually works.

When you try to delete these messages, are you doing it with the Preview
Pane on or off? With the Preview Pane off, you should be able to safely
delete the messages.
