my first Power Point Slide, HELP with toolbar not appearing in sho

The slide has pictures and music and transitions. When I send it to myself,
it opens up in MS Power Point and toolbars appear on top and bottom. How to
send without any of it showing? And how can I keep someone from making
changes to the show?

Thanks in advance for any reply. I'm totally new to this.

If you save a presentation in the standard PPT (PowerPoint 2007: PPTX) file
format, it is opened in editor, when double clicking on the file name in
Windows explorer. If you save it as PPS (PPSX), it will be opened in show
mode. But PPS/PPSX files can also be opened and edited, if you open
PowerPoint first and use File - Open.

To protect your file from editing, you will have to apply a password when
saving.

Best regards,
Ute

If you don't want others change your presentation, you'd better
convert your presentation to Flash. The Flash will have small file
size and it isn't easy to change.

Some third party tools can help you convert presentation to Flash with
the original appearance. Also, it is easy-to-use.

There is a free tool for your to try.

Please don't advise a beginner to buy Sameshow's program!

Thank you for the information. After I sent my question, I educated myself
further, saved my slide show as PPS, and, the "toolbar" issue was a matter of
clicking the presentation to be seen in "full screen." Very simple 'newbie'
corrections.

No worries, I have enough trouble with very simple things; don't need to have
more stuff on/in my computer.

Thank you too! I'm far from knowing enough about creating slide shows to
worry about anyone of my friends or family altering my photo slides.
