My hyperlink (correct destination) does nothing when clicked.

I'm using Microsoft Front Page 2002. I have a hyperlink in my index page
that is linked to another index page in a subfolder called Pages. The
hyperlink is href="pages/index.htm" and it is an htm extension, so I know
that's correct. This hyperlink had initially worked with this page, but then
I rearranged folders, deleting an unecessary folder that was previously
between the two pages, so I changed the hyperlink to what it is now so it
would work with the modified folders. Why isn't it working now?

Open your web in FrontPage and then select Tools > Recalculate Hyperlinks.

See if that fixes it.
