my identity on sent mails

I wonder if anyone can help.
I have several email accounts which feed into my entourage so that all
my emails come to one central point. The reaso I set this up was
because I want all of my emails to read as if they are from one of my
email addresses but I cannot get this to appear in the fronm box on
the emails which I send.
Any tips gratefully received

PS: I also seem to be unable to find out how to set up delivery
reports and - more importantly - I don't get a 'returned mail' message
when my emails have not been sent successfully - any ideas?

In Preferences select "Reply & Forward" There is an option to send using
default account.
PS: I also seem to be unable to find out how to set up delivery

"Return Receipts" are an almost useless feature which gives people false
assurances, always a bad thing.

Not sure what delivery reports are.
