My IPAQ Outlook Calendar Mtgs ares 1 hr ahead of Outlook on PC

My Outlook Calendar Meetings on my PC are scheduled
correctly but when I sync up with my IPAQ all my scheduled
meetings are one hour ahead.

I've tried reseting the Time Zone and the Daylight Savings
Time settings on my PC and resyncing with the IPAQ but the
times won't change on my IPAQ.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?
