My junk mail filter is not filtering one junk mail account. It

I' have Outlook 07. Trying to set junk mail filter and it will not send one
of he addresses into junk mail. I've tried numerous times.

is the address on your safe list or in your contacts? Is it the address the
mail is actually from or in the display name field?
