My message with attachments won't send!

I feel happy that the attachment is safe but outlook stops it being sent,
not simply giving me a warning,

The actual message is: "(i) This message has not been sent. Outlook blocked
access to the following potentially unsafe attachments: index url".

Please advise. Many thanks.

No one replied to this. Maybe if I rephrase the response as above this
might provoke a response?

My lady friend is experiencing the same problem. She is running Outlook
2003 on aWindows XP machine (home use).

Thanks for letting me know. I am running outlook 2002 but also on XP. So
XP is the common theme. Would that provoke any thought in one of those
clever outlook folk on here? Hope so!
