I did. SnagIt did it all.

I usually use PhotoDraw for my screenshots, which works awesome. But I
wasn't aware that you could choose pixel size in Snagit? Is it vector
based, allowing you to resize without losing quality?

I'm pretty sure the built-in tools in SnagIt allow image resizing prior to
saving of the screenshot - but I doubt it will be vector resizing.

Windows does not (yet) support a vector display, so everything on-screen is
pixel-based, including screenshots, so using vectors to resize seems a
little impractical.

Ok, well then maybe I am thinking about this all wrong. The reason I use
PhotoDraw is because it allows me to resize up or down while retaining
proportions and the quality (stretching/reducing). And I don't use
PhotoShop because you can't stretch an image like you can in PhotoDraw
without losing image quality. I assumed this was the case because
PhotoDraw is Vector based and PhotoShop is pixel based.

That is why I was curious about Snag-It's ability to stretch/reduce/crop
and retain quality (and all the while being able to choose output
quality and extension.
