My Outlook 2003 locks up after a couple of minutes.

My Outlook 2003 has been locking up on me. I go to the task manager and see
that it's "not running." I then shut it down, restart it, and get about a
minute of usage until it locks up again. I'm also running Nuance PDF
software and Dragonfly's speech recognition software. Any ideas on how to
fix my problem?
