my product key is not valid

I just downloaded trial version of microsoft office standard 2007 . I
printed off product key but it won"t accept , says it is invalid. HELP.

Printing out the product key and using it from the printed material is
not a good idea. I suggest you should always use copy and paste command
to paste the product key during installation. This way you avoid
mistakes of reading from the printed material. Copy and paste is done
from the original email you receive from MS.

Some letters can be confusingly difficult to read!! For example letter
l and #1 look almost alike to the eye.

the same issue .. i have get the product key from microsoft web page but
when i copy paste it it say the key is not valid ...

i got office trial pre-isnstaled at new hp notebook, but it was in english.
so i downloaded and installed the slovak version (the notebook is for my
mother). it goes with product key, but when inserted during activation the
prodact key (both: recorded / e-mailed) does not work

btw: shame that i cannot buy office online

Product keys are language specific. You cannot use a
product key meant for a Slovak version of Office with
an English version of Office.
