My read receipts come back with the wrong time, +1 hour??

I'm not sure where the time stamp is generated or how to change the time.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? It happens throughout our network at
the office.
Thanks for your help.

Make sure your time zone is correct ("Tools"). I had a similar problem
synching between Outlook and my iPhone calendars.
